1. Contract and Payment Terms
- Contract Acceptance:
No work will begin until a formal contract has been accepted and signed by both parties. The contract will outline the scope of the work, materials to be used, timeline, and pricing. This is to ensure that both parties are on the same page and that expectations are clearly defined. - Payment Terms:
We require 50% of the total project price as a deposit before any work begins. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the job to your satisfaction. We do not offer Net 7 or Net 30 terms, and all payments must be made in full at the completion of the project.- Payment Methods Accepted:

2. Bonding and Insurance
- Fully Bonded and Insured:
Wild West Painters is fully bonded and insured for your protection. This ensures that if any unforeseen issues arise, you are covered. However, please note that we are not a licensed contractor. While we are not licensed under specific contractor regulations, we take all necessary precautions to ensure the work is completed to a high standard of safety and quality.
3. Copyrights and Website Content
- Website and Content Ownership:
All content on this website, including images, text, and logos, is protected by copyright. Unauthorized use of any materials from our website is prohibited. Wild West Painters retains full ownership rights to all content posted on this site.
4. Right to Refuse Service
- We Reserve the Right to Refuse Service:
Wild West Painters reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity for any reason at our sole discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, circumstances where we believe the project is not a good fit or we cannot fulfill the terms of the agreement.
5. Complaints and Customer Service
- Handling Complaints:
We pride ourselves on exceptional customer service. If you have a complaint or are dissatisfied with any aspect of our work, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving complaints in a quick and proficient manner.- Our work is guaranteed, and we stand behind our services. If any part of the work covered under our warranty is deemed unsatisfactory, we will send a qualified paint technician to rectify the issue promptly at no additional cost.
6. Refunds and Cancellations
- Refund Policy:
Once work has started, no refunds will be issued. We encourage you to review the contract and ask any questions before work begins to ensure your full satisfaction with the scope of the project. - Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel a contract after it has been signed, a 15% cancellation fee will be charged based on the total contract amount. This fee helps cover any costs incurred during the planning and scheduling stages of the project.
7. Liability Limitations
- Liability Disclaimer:
While Wild West Painters takes every precaution to avoid accidents or damage during our work, we are not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your property. We are also not liable for any delays caused by weather conditions, unexpected delays in materials, or other circumstances beyond our control. - Customer Responsibility:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the work area is clear of any obstacles before we begin. We are not responsible for moving furniture or valuable items unless explicitly agreed upon in the contract.
8. Warranty and Guarantees
- Workmanship Warranty:
We guarantee the quality of our workmanship for 5 years from the date of completion. If any issues arise with the painting that are directly related to the work performed by us, we will make the necessary corrections covered under this warranty.- Please note that this warranty does not cover damages caused by external factors such as weather, improper maintenance, or misuse of painted surfaces.
9. Confidentiality and Data Security
- Customer Information:
Wild West Painters respects your privacy. Any personal or project-related information you provide to us will only be used for the purpose of completing your project and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
10. Dispute Resolution
- Dispute Handling:
In the event of any disputes regarding the terms of this agreement or the completion of the project, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before pursuing legal action.
11. Governing Law
- Jurisdiction and Law:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Arizona, and any disputes or claims will be handled in the courts of the local jurisdiction where the work was completed.
