At Wild West Painters, we believe in keeping things simple, transparent, and professional. Here’s exactly how the process works from start to finish:
1. Schedule an Appointment
Give us a call or send us a message to set up a convenient time. We’ll schedule a visit to meet you at your property and discuss your project needs.
2. Site Survey & Evaluation
We come to your home or business, walk the property with you, and take note of all the details — repairs, prep work, measurements, and your preferences. This helps us create an accurate and fair estimate.
3. Written Bid / Estimate
After the site survey, we provide you with a detailed written bid that breaks down each part of the project (painting, repairs, prep work). This way, you can clearly see what’s included and make informed decisions.
4. Agreement & Contract
Once you’re happy with the estimate, we move forward with a written contract. Both the customer and contractor sign it before any work begins. This ensures everything is clear and protects both parties.
5. Payment Schedule
Our payment structure is designed to protect both you and us:
- 50% upfront and/or cost of materials — secures your spot on the schedule and covers initial prep and materials if included.
- 25% at the halfway point — usually after major prep work and repairs are completed.
- 25% upon completion — after the final walkthrough, once you’re satisfied.
Payments are tied to visible milestones, not just dates on a calendar.
6. Project Completion & Final Walkthrough
When the work is complete, we do a final walkthrough together to make sure everything meets your expectations. Any touch-ups or adjustments are taken care of before closing the job.
7. Warranty & Peace of Mind
Once final payment is made, you receive a written two-year workmanship warranty. This warranty means we stand behind our work — if there’s ever an issue related to workmanship within two years, we’ll make it right.
